Before you embark
on your urine removal project you should allow the product to warm up properly
by placing the products in the room where they are to be used and setting
the thermostat to seventy five degrees.Allow the products to warm up
for two or three hours.
Remove the cushions from your furniture.
Use a black light even if you think you know where the urine is, this will
prevent you from being surprised by your pets toilet habits.
Carefully wave your black light over the entire surface of the furniture to
identify what areas need attention.
Normally the urinated areas will fluoresce ( glow ) yellow under the black
light.
Take notes as this will make your cleaning much more efficient.
Now do the same for the cushions taking care to wave the black light over all
the surfaces and take notes as to what areas are actually soiled.
Your kit came with two bottles of the Leather Cleaner and one bottle of the
Urine Pooling product.
The Leather Cleaner is appropriate for all the leather surfaces.
The Urine Pooling product is appropriate for all the fabric and foam surfaces.
Ensure the products have been properly warmed up.
Always shake these products vigorously before use.
Set the sprayers to the W I D E nozzle setting to ensure complete coverage.
Referring to your notes spray the soiled areas.
Results are typically visible in appropriately five minutes.
Use your black light to verify that the soiled areas are clean before
moving on to the next section.
Repeat this process until all the soiled areas have been cleaned.
Sometimes your pet will urinate on a crease, in this case treat the soiled
area from the top and the bottom to ensure complete penetration.
